To better protect you and our staff we have implemented the following guidelines in our office:

• Patients and staff are required to wear a mask

• Patients and staff temperatures are checked upon arrival

• Patients are required to fill out our wellness screening form at each visit

• Patients are asked to call from the parking lot to ensure patient distancing

• Patients hands are sanitized before going into the room

• Patients are given a disinfectant rinse at the beginning of the visit.

• All surfaces are wiped and barriers are replaced in between patients

• The room is sprayed down between use with our new surface disinfectant fogger
