About Dental Insurance
Our office will make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures
Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion is due at the time services are rendered. As a service to our patients, we will bill your insurance company and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance.
Our Financial Policy
Our practice offers a wide range of payment options. We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and care credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
